Sport helped me grow. Fitness taught me how much people can change. Care put me in moments that changed the way I see people. Curiosity took me around the world. Then came radio, film, content, podcasts and somewhere along the way, it’s become a permanent feature.

On paper, none of it makes much sense together.

To me, it does.

Every version of my life has been about people - what gets their attention, what makes them trust someone, what makes them laugh, listen, buy into an idea or actually care.

That's become a pretty useful skill.

I create social-first content for brands, places and experiences, alongside presenting, interviewing and producing my own work. Sometimes I'm in front of the camera. Sometimes I'm behind it.

I like discovering places, trying things, meeting interesting people and turning those experiences into stories worth sharing.

Basically, if there’s a story in it, I’ll find it.
